  • Structured models

The likelihood of a 'structured model', which includes interactions between various factors, can be calculated.

  • For example, this is the likelihood of a particular set of parameters, under a model with density effects, and line×replicate interaction:

The model can specify an arbitrary probability distribution, and is more flexible than standard AVOVA.  For example, the variance and mean of the distribution can depend in different ways on the factors.
