Multilocus algebra
The packages provide a general mathematical framework for the evolution of systems of many genes; this is applied to various examples of diploid sexual populations. Natural and sexual selection, sex-dependent recombination, migration, and non-Mendelian inheritance are included. An extension to random genetic drift is also outlined.
