Analyse v 1.3

2nd February 2009
Version 1.3 is the first non beta-test version of Analyse. During the course of producing the publications below, and with the help of the beta testers, we believe all of the known bugs have been addressed. Certainly the application is now extremely stable, and the implementations of likelihood based algorithms are consistent. Note however, that the software is provided AS IS, as described in the licensing below.

Future versions of Analyse

Analyse was originally written in Pascal. Pascal is nolonger supported by CodeWarrior, the devellopment environment that SJEB has been using for the Analyse project. The next version will therefore be a complete rewrite of the algorithms in C++. The existing functionality of Analyse will be incorporated into a fully theaded MacOS X/Unix savvy application now under construction by SJEB, and imaginatively called Analyse 2.0.
The development of Analyse 1.1 was funded by the  National Environment Research Council
